After completing the captcha, activate the theme from appearance

Step 1: Appearance > Themes

Step 2: Activate Theme – KickOff

Step 3: Test Theme Importer > Theme Options > Import Options > Hover any Layout you want to import.

Note: In order to test another demo make sure you create another site instead of importing different demo on same installation.
